   I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how very pleased I am with your Mercedes Service Department. I expected a certain amount of  VIP treatment when we purchased our car in September of last year just due to the Mercedes reputation alone. However, I have to say that my expectations have been exceeded.
  I have had several occasions to utilize the service department (only minor problems) and can honestly say that Tony and Leroy have made me feel comfortable and secure in attending to my sometimes obsessive needs of my investment. There is a wonderful familiarity when driving in and being greeted by Tony. He always knows me by name and has such a "laid back" but professional attitude that it sets the mood for the entire experience.
  The praise doesn't stop there. I really appreciate the fact that any issues are addressed directly with the mechanic himself. Past experience has always been that shops are well guarded "pits of secrecy" with information that is relayed tentatively at best. Not here. Leroy has personally attended to my car every visit and always keeps me informed throughout the process. He has even gone the extra mile by giving me tips and information for future reference.
  This kind of treatment speaks volumes of the entire establishment. Last week was a reminder when I had the misfortune of being out of town with a flat tire and dealing with the incompetence of another dealership.  
  Thank you for obvious leadership and professionalism that you have used to guide and choose your valuable employees. They are an asset, as your dealership is to the Mercedes name.
